To install TrueFoot Realism Gameplay Mod on EA Sports FC 26 you need one free tool — FIFA Mod Manager. Import the TrueFoot.fifamod, keep the base mod above its add-ons, apply, then match the in-game team sheet: Custom gameplay, Authenticity Off, all sliders at 50 / 50. The whole setup takes about five minutes. The base mod is one opinionated default that just works — plus optional add-ons if you want to tune it.

  1. Get the tool

    Install FIFA Mod Manager.

  2. Clear the temp cache

    Delete %localappdata%\Temp\EA SPORTS FC26 before applying. Repeat weekly.

  3. Import the mod

    Open FIFA Mod Manager and import TrueFoot Gameplay Mod.fifamod.

  4. Apply & launch

    Apply mods, then launch — with the EA app in Offline mode.

  5. Match the team sheet

    Copy the in-game settings from the card — every line matters.

  6. Kick off

    Start an Exhibition match. First touch tells you everything.

Add-ons & load order

TrueFoot ships optional add-ons — Fouls: Looser / Stricter, Motion (Light) and Motion+. They only work if the load order is right, and the rule is simple: in FIFA Mod Manager, the mod at the bottom of the list wins. So your add-ons go below the base mod, where they override it.

Everything above gets you the intended TrueFoot experience. These are optional ways to shape pace and rhythm to your own taste — none are required. Some are in-game knobs; two are Motion add-ons. They're documented here because the gameplay clips you may have seen used a couple of them.

The base mod is one opinionated default, tuned the way it plays best, and it stays free. If you like setting things yourself, the optional Tuning Pack adds 18 individual levers — first touch, shot power, marking, GK rush, CPU shot tendency and more — each a simple two-way choice you drop in like an add-on.
